Flying Man?

So I ran across this video and I was blown away. I was blown away that this man could “fly” in this wing suit and I couldn’t believe how fast he was going. It takes a brave soul to jump off a mountain and hope your suit does not malfunction. Live Lucky my friends and check out this video.

So I saw this on the news last night and I couldn’t believe how a community of people came together to save an individual in trouble. In the day we live, everyone is so busy and really tends to their own business. But, I was so happy to see that when someone is in trouble, we need to come together as friends, family, or a community to help those in need. Life is so short and we want to make sure we live with NO REGRETS. LIVE LUCKY CLOVER NATION!!

“Empire State of Mind” Tribute Song

Last night before the Dallas Cowboys vs. Philadelphia Eagles game I saw this video and it gave me the goose bumps and tears to my eyes . I loved how they tied in the NY Fire Department and the kids into it. I thought it was perfect in showing all the great tributes that makes New York and showing what a great memorial they put at Ground Zero. Great Job State Farm in putting such a positive spin on a tragedy. Tell us what you think? Like or Dislike?

9/11: Never Forget!

We will never forget 10 years ago the horrific events that took place all across the country.I couldn’t imagine being right there seeing all of that unfold in front of me. It was hard for me to sit at home watching our fellow American’s suffering and know I couldn’t do anything. For all those Heroes that stepped up and did everything they could do, we salute you today on this Anniversary. “The cost of freedom is high, but Americans have always paid it. One path we shall never choose is the path of surrender or submission.” In remembrance of those who lost their lives and those heroes who unselfishly sacrificed their own. In our darkest hour comes our finest moment. I’m proud to be an American.

We also want to Thank our Troops overseas for everything they have done since 9/11/2001 to insure our freedom and safety. Without those men and women we would not have captured those responsible and given some closure for those family and friends that to this day are still suffering. NEVER FORGET!!

Fan of the Week!

Welcome everyone to our Black Clover Blog. This is a new outlet for us to talk about anything and everything going on in Clover Nation. I though for our first blog, we needed to start with the FANS!! I spotted our first fan at a side job of mine. I walked past his table and noticed his Clover hat, so I had to stop and find out his story. His name is Ryan Lowe and he is 15 years old and attends Juan Diego High School. He had been golfing all around Utah and Colorado all summer golfing in tournaments and even qualified for the Utah Open with scores of 76 & 69. I couldn’t even hit that score on my best day and for a 15 year old, he is heading in the right direction. Now when I approached his table he was sitting alone and I thought he seemed a little young to be there by himself. We continued talking about school and golf (which he was dressed to impress, straight from a golf tournament) as his mom walked up and thought I was a little old to be “hitting” on her son. I explained that I was starting a new blog for Black Clover and I asked her permission for Ryan to be our first FAN OF THE WEEK! They were such a fun family to talk to and I appreciated them for taking the time to talk with me. With school starting up, watch for Ryan making headlines in the news and we wish him luck with his upcoming season.
