The hat was too small and had a cheesy clasp on the back. I thought it was the usual one that fits large/xtra large like previous caps I bought from you. No use to me. gave it to my wife. Won’t be buying from you again.

Unboxed my hat today and immediately tried it on as most people do. The packaging was first class to start with. My first impression when I grabbed the hat was how soft it feels.
