Sale switch
The sale that was offered was not what I received. I understand running out of product, but don't understand not offering an alternative for something else.
I requested a hat as an alternate, but was declined. I would have paid the difference but was denied. Kind of disappointed with the service and probably won't continue to shop at this store.

I own a couple of hats, so I am familiar with the brand. I was eager to explore the box when it arrived. It felt like clowns in a car, the items just kept coming out. Although I probably wouldn’t have some of these exact items, I am looking forward to wearing them both on and off the course. GREAT JOB!
