0/5. Company confirmed my order and purchase a week prior to Christmas and then think they have the right to outright cancel saying it was out of stock even after I bought it while it was in stock. Not only have I never had this problem with big corporations like Amazon they didn’t do anything to make it right. Terrible product backed by an even worse company. Don’t waste your time buying it, mine as-well buy from a chinese no name company cause that about how much they care.
Black Clover is my favorite hat company, period! I love the hat, love their selection, quality, you name it!
