Your hats are always quality. But let me talk about how you ship hats. You don’t just throw them in a shipping bag (you know this). Hats are shipped in a solid, very professional box. I’ve never had a damaged BC hat arrive.
You need to put out more of this style hat with more options, colors and designs.

Bought my 3rd T. Fits so well. Sleeves aren’t to long and are form fitting. Torso of the T is not boxy like a potato sack.
Using it for the first time today. Absolutely love it.
This hat is for my wife which she is very particular. I must have bought her 5-6 different colors just to match what ever outfit she is wearing. I also have 5-6 Lucky hats in an array of colors. Like the brand!
