Disappointed
Took almost a month to receive the backpack and that’s because I had to call the company. At that point they informed me that they sold out of the color of backpack I originally ordered (black with red liner). This is after I received an email confirming my order was completed and they charged my card. So if I wouldn’t have called, I guess nobody was going to reach out to me that they ran out of the backpack I ordered. The person I spoke with informed me they could send me another backpack in a different color than the one I originally ordered. Poor experience with Black Clover. You all can do better!!!

The mystery box was an awesome purchase and really introduced me to the quality and great style of Black Clover clothing. I will certainly purchase more Black Clover items in the future. The mystery box provided more than I expected which was a great surprise.
