Received my hat in a box. Keeps hat in perfect shape through shipping. I will definitely purchase another cap because their packaging is second to none.
Love the cap, was a bit large. I ran the hat under warm water, threw it in the dryer and it fits like a glove!
They are really comfortable and light weight. I wore them golfing and never had to adjust anything.
The Perfect Luck 8 is my go to hat. I own two of them - one for working and one is kept nicer for outings. The mesh allows for some air flow and the memory fit liner gives all day comfort on my bald head. Love this hat.
Let me start out by saying that I have a half dozen Black Clover hats in various colors. Each one is a quality hat, that holds up well in the heat of Arizona.
Navigating the website was easy, as was the ordering process. The hats came well packaged in a beautiful box. The hats were shipped quickly and received within a week from the date of the order. While the cost of shipping was reasonable, I do wish that the $125 threshold for free shipping was a bit lower
Overall, a great experience and I will be a returning customer.
The material is very soft and comfortable, and the fit is great and true to size.
