Here at Black Clover we understand that shopping for clothes online can be tricky since you're not able to try the product on. That's why we created a simple and easy return & exchange policy.

Returns/exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of original purchase if items are unwashed, unworn and in new condition with all original components and tags still intact. 

During the holiday season, return and exchange timelines have been extended to provide additional flexibility for gift purchases. Due to higher seasonal demand, exchange inventory may move quickly. We recommend initiating returns or exchanges as soon as possible during the holiday period.

For orders placed between November 1st and December 31st, returns and exchanges will be accepted through December 31st, provided items remain unwashed, unworn, and in new condition with all original components and tags intact. (Returns must be initiated by December 31, 2025 and received in-house by January 14th, 2026.)

All standard exclusions still apply during the holiday period, including Bundles, Live Lucky Club, Mystery Boxes, Gift Cards, Fragrances, Care Kits, and Final Sale Items.

Price adjustments will be offered for products purchased at full price within the last seven days. The price difference will be offered in store credit that the customer may use at any time.

Orders returned without an approved RMA number will NOT be accepted.

Bundles, Live Lucky Club, Mystery Boxes, Gift Cards, Fragrances, Care Kits, and Final Sale Items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Free return labels are available for customers residing in the United States within 14 days of receiving their order. If past the 14 days, return shipping will be at the expense of the customer.

For products that are damaged or defective, please notify us within 10 days of receiving the order or the order will not be eligible for replacement.

We are not able to process returns for items purchased outside of the Black Clover online store. We recommend handling the return through the original place of purchase or exchanging the item to the original place of purchase and placing a new order on our website.

All scenarios are handled on a case by case basis, we will always do our best to help our customers. As for a mistake made on our part, we will cover costs to fix it.

REQUIRED PAPERWORK:
All orders must be returned with the following information:

  • Full Name,
  • Approved RMA Information,
  • Items Wanted in Exchange - include size and color

Please keep your tracking number for your exchange/return. It may be needed to reference your return.

Inventory is not held for your exchanges and can go out of stock before the exchange order is created. We recommend returning the original order as quickly as possible.

Refunds may take 7-10 business days to process once the warehouse has approved the return.
