I was surprised at the hat I received. It is not what I thought it was on the website. When it said adjustable I thought it would have a trucker hat adjustment, not some weird pull string thing. The sides are flimsy and it’s short on the sides. I already had to exchange once because a different style was WAY too big. I’ve typically been happy w/ Black Clover hats, but this was two flops in a row. I guess I shouldn’t buy off your website anymore. Oh, and the customer service girl, was awful (rude, dismissive, impatient) when I called about a return. Unacceptable.
