Great product/ archaic processing times

I truly enjoy their products however I will find alternative brands due to insanely slow processing model. Businesses need to adapt and understand customers have become accustomed to products shipping in one -two days , their standard of 5-7 business days is not a process I will not use again . My shipment (two shirts and jacket) took 10 days to ship , not acceptable in 2023 .
