Return & Exchange Policy


Here at Black Clover we understand that shopping for clothes online can be tricky since you're not able to try the product on. That's why we created a simple and easy return & exchange policy, that allows you to get a full refund, exchange or online store credit for any products that you're not completely satisfied with.


  • If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please begin your return in our returns portal (Black Clover Returns Center). This will allow you to access your order and begin the return process. Once your information is submitted to us, we will review it and send an e-mail confirmation with your RMA for your return.
  • Free return labels are available for customers residing in the United States within 10 days of receiving their order. If past the 10 days, return shipping will be at the expense of the customer. 
  • For products that are damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the order or the order will not be eligible for replacement.
  • All other scenarios are handled on a case by case basis, we will always do our best to help our customers. As for a mistake made on our part, we will cover all costs to fix it.
  • Orders returned 30+ days after purchase can be returned for store credit or exchange, although returns must be received within 60 days of purchase. NO refunds will be issued past the 30 day point of purchase.
  • Items must be returned in new conditions, tags intact, and not worn. Items returned damaged due to poor packing will not be accepted under any circumstances.
  • Discounted bundles & boxes will not be eligible for exchange or return. Live Lucky Club & Mystery Boxes are not eligible for returns or exchanges. In the case that a Mystery Box or Live Lucky Club Box is approved for a return, all items must be returned.
  • Discounted Orders are eligible for exchange or online store credit only within 30 days of purchase.
  • Discounted or clearance products are not eligible for refunds.
  • International Orders outside of the United States are not eligible for free return labels. Customers needing an exchange/credit/or return will need to ship the order back at their own expense.
  • Orders returned without an approved RMA number will NOT be accepted.
REQUIRED PAPERWORK:

All orders must be returned with the following information:

  • Full Name,
  • Approved RMA Information,
  • Items Wanted in Exchange - include size and color

Please keep your tracking number for your exchange/return. It may be needed to reference your return.

Orders


Shipping & Delivery

Standard orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders shipped via UPS will go out same day if the order is placed prior to 10:00 a.m. MST any orders after 10:00 a.m. will be shipping the following business day. If there are increased handling and shipping times, orders may take longer to ship out in rare occasions. Please allow at least 24 hours for package tracking.

Change in Your Order Status

Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items. If we don’t have an item that you have ordered in stock, we’ll notify you by email immediately. Sometimes, an item is out of stock and not expected to come back in stock, so we must cancel the item. In this case, if you paid with a credit card, we will refund you for the item or any taxes, shipping or handling charges.

Promotions & Discounts

Discounts and promotions can not be double applied. If an item is already discounted, additional promotions and discounts will not be eligible to be used. The greater of the two discounts will be utilized. No discounts or promotions are eligible to be used in conjunction with the Mystery Box offers or Gift Card Purchases.

Placing an Order

You will have a chance to verify the information in checkout and, if no changes are necessary, proceed to “Place Order”. You will also receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been received within approximately 24 hours. We will send you another e-mail to notify you when your order has been shipped and that we’ve charged your credit card.
