0/5. Company confirmed my order and purchase a week prior to Christmas and then think they have the right to outright cancel saying it was out of stock even after I bought it while it was in stock. Not only have I never had this problem with big corporations like Amazon they didn't do anything to make it right. Terrible product backed by an even worse company. Don't waste your time buying it, mine as-well buy trom a chinese no name company cause that about how much they care.
Hat was to tight. Size seems to be off. Quality not the same as others I have purchased
